What does this hobby mean to me? That's such a big question, because the hobby means so much. The physical act of sitting and creating something that brings joy to myself and (hopefully!) others is so therapeutic and relaxing. It's helped me during some really hard times. But beyond painting toy soldiers, there's such an amazing community who all share their joy for this simple thing we take part in. A community who are always there to back and support you if you're in a bad place or need a little helping hand. I've seen the amazing work this community do and it's the members of this community who are what makes this hobby truly special.
