Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over:

• £75 for UK customers
• £100 for Rest of World customers

Orders under these amounts will see shipping costs will be applied as follows:

• £3.99 for UK customers
• £9.99 for Rest of World customers
  

Who do we ship with?

Currently all of our orders are shipped using Royal Mail.

Processing & Delivery Times

All orders are dispatched within one working day, unless otherwise stated on the product listing. If an order is placed before 2pm on a working day, we will do our best to post the order that day.

Customs & Import Fees

If you’re ordering from outside the UK, please note the following:

• You may be charged customs duties, taxes, or handling fees by your local postal service or customs office when the parcel reaches your country.
• These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
• As every country has different rules, thresholds, and charges and they change regularly, we do not collect or prepay these fees.
• It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay any customs charges required for delivery. If these charges are not paid and the item is returned to us, we can refund the item cost (minus shipping), but only once it arrives back in our hands.

We recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure about what fees might apply.

Delivery Regions

We currently ship to the UK, Europe, North America, and many other international destinations. If you’re unsure whether we can ship to your location, just add your desired items to your basket and the checkout feature will inform you if we can ship to your location.
