1. Return Eligibility:
- We accept returns for items within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original condition, including all packaging and accessories. With brand new items, returns are only accepted for unopened and unused items; if packaging is opened (including paints, glues , sealed boxes, or similar products), the item cannot be returned.
- We do not accept returns for items that have been assembled, painted, or modified.
2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at support@merlinsminiatures.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return request.
- Our team will review your request and provide instructions for the return process.
3. Refund Policy:
- Once your returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds may not include shipping costs, and you will be responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to provide a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
6. Cancellation of Orders: If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of purchase. Once the order is shipped, the standard return policy applies.
