The reason why I sent in the witch is because it was the first time I painted a model of that scale, it's always been something I aspired to do but couldn't bring myself to do it.
The hobby means so much to me as it's what I do to mentally calm down when I'm struggling, it has gotten me through some rough times, like when I lost the ability to play sport, my divorce as well as when introducing me to some lifelong friends that mean the world to me. It's taken a while, but this hobby and community have originally allowed me to accept me for me and I'm the better for it as I no longer hide who I am and that's a massive nerd.
