The Grand Cathay Battalion is the perfect starting point for building a formidable Armies of Grand Cathay force in Warhammer: The Old World, or a powerful way to expand an existing collection. This boxed set packs in elite cavalry, disciplined infantry, and devastating artillery, offering both versatility and savings compared to buying the kits individually.

Inside, you’ll find 50 multipart plastic miniatures, led by 10 Jade Lancers - heavily armoured horsemen ideal for smashing enemy lines. They’re supported by 30 Jade Warriors, which can be built with hand weapons and shields for defence, or halberds for a more aggressive role. Bringing firepower to your ranks are two artillery pieces, which can be assembled as either Cathayan Grand Cannons or Fire Rain Rocket Batteries, each with detailed crew (including an optional ogre loader).

This set allows you to customise your army with champions, standard bearers, and musicians for each unit, plus interchangeable heads and accessories for added variety.

With 734 plastic components and a full set of Citadel bases, this box is an excellent way to muster your Celestial Dragon’s warriors for battle. A Jade Warriors/Lancers transfer sheet with 404 high-quality waterslide transfers is also included.
